Do I need a football ticket to get into the '77 tailgate party?

Yes, every person attending the tailgate party must have a football ticket. If you are interested in just attending the tailgate party, consider just purchasing a standing room only football ticket. What is the processing fee?

The processing fee covers the credit card transaction fees.

Can I pay with cash or check?

No, to keep efficient processes, cash and check are not accepted.

When does registration close?

Registration will close on Friday, September 29, 2017. After this time, classmates will incur an additional late fee of $77. Please plan ahead and help the Reunion Committee prepare for the reunion in a semi-relaxed fashion. Afterall, he who hesitates is lost!

What is the refund policy?

A full refund less the processing fee will be granted for cancellations made prior to Sep 1, 2017. For cancellations after Sep 1, 2017 there will be no refund.

Boy, this sure seems expensive!

The Reunion Committee has been working for months to draw balance between a nice celebration for our 40 years and value. It is also Homecoming Weekend and prices have increased from our 35th.

Do I have to pay this in full now?

You’re always welcome to pay in full, or during checkout you will have the option of paying monthly which will be your total divided by the number of months remaining until Sep 1, 2017

What does the Full Package cover?

It covers the Friday Casino Night, Tailgate, and Class Meeting

How do I register for the Class of 1977 40th Reunion?

  1. Go to our registration website at www.signupnow.events/usna1977
  2. Click on the 'Register' button at the top menu
  3. Type in your email, first and last names, phone number
  4. If you are a relative, spouse, or widow of a classmate and are attending without him, enter the classmate's name here so we know who you are related to in the class.  You will enter your own name(s) later
  5. Create a password which you can use to log in to check your registration or make changes
  6. Select the company you were in at USNA.
  7. Click on Register.
  8. You will be taken to the log in page.  If you have previously registered just proceed directly to log in
  9. Click on the 'Add More' button to add additional guests to your registration. Once you've added everyone who will be attending one or more events, click on 'Select And Pay For Your Events'
  10. Select the events you and each guest will be attending.
  11. Once you have selected your events, click on the 'checkout' button to make payment.
  12. NOTE:  If you do not complete the checkout/payment.  The events you selected will not be remembered by the registration system.  You and your guests will still be listed when you login but you must complete the checkout to actually be registered for the events.
  13. Review the events you have selected to make sure they are correct.
  14. If Everything is correct click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button to make payment and finalize your registration. 
  15. REMEMBER:  Until payment is complete, your registration is not final!
  16. Fill in your credit card information and then click on the 'Proceed to Review and Confirm' button at the bottom.
  17. If everything looks correct, click on the 'Submit Order' button to finalize your reunion registration.
  18. When you see the confirmation page with your order number, your reunion registration is complete, and you are ready to attend!  A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you provided. If you don't see one, check your spam folder to be sure it didn't end up in there.
  19. if you return and log in you will see what you have registered for.  You can also add additional guests to events at any time.  Once you complete a second payment for any additional guests you add later, they will also be registered.

Do I need a passport to gain access to the Yard?

In short, Yes!

Drivers' licenses and state IDs issued by MAINE, MINNESOTA, MISSOURI and MONTANA are NOT sufficient forms of ID to gain access to the Yard. Drivers' licenses and state IDs from these states must be accompanied by a second form of ID (SSN Card, Certified Copy of a Birth Certificate, U.S. Citizen ID Card, etc.) (please refer to this link for a list of acceptable forms of ID).

If the following states DO NOT comply with the REAL ID Act by July 10, 2017, they too will be added to the Non-Compliant states listed above, and drivers' licenses and ID cards issued by them will need to be accompanied by a second form of approved ID to gain access to the Yard: ALASKA, KENTUCKY, OKLAHOMA, OREGON, PENNSYLVANIA, S. CAROLINA, VIRGINIA, WASHINGTON

Visitors and guests visiting USNA for Summer Camps, I-Day, Parents Weekend, Reunions, Athletic events/competitions, Conferences, Weddings, Memorial Affairs, etc., could be prohibited from accessing Academy grounds if they cannot produce a second form of ID.  Note: A U.S. Passport (current or expired) is a sufficient form of ID to gain admittance, regardless of state of origin.

Please help us get this word out to your classmates.  Best advice is to recommend guests bring a U.S. Passport if they're planning to visit USNA, particularly if they're visiting from one of the restricted or soon to be restricted states listed above.  The list gets even longer come October 10, 2017, if states listed in the attached doc do not comply with the Act by the due date.
