Classmates – It is time again to gather in Annapolis to celebrate our 30th Reunion. Time goes fast, and we only gather every 5 years so be sure to make the time to join hundreds of your Classmates and their families for an awesome weekend! Cocktail Party

Join hundreds of your Classmates for fun reception at the Loews Annapolis on Friday night from 1900-2300. We will have some great food buffet style from 1900-2100, and drinks all night long. Each attendee will get two free drink coupons good for beer, wine or mixed drinks with a cash bar available afterwards. We will also have music (and hopefully, dancing!) and other fun events during the evening. Please bring your adult kid only. Attire should be festive and tasteful! Do I need a football ticket to get into the 1987 Tailgate?

YES! You will need a football ticket for each person to enter Saturday's '87 30th Reunion Tailgate in the Class of '53 Pavilion and Class Ring North East.  To get tickets in the class block (reserved seats in Section C - $50; standing room - $35,) use the promo code 1987 and this link: http://ev12.evenue.net/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/EVExecMacro?linkID=navy&evm=prmo&RSRC=&RDAT=&caller=PR.

Can I pay with cash or check?

No, to keep efficient processes, we are only accepting credit card transactions - cash and check are not accepted.

What is the processing fee?

The processing fee covers the credit card transaction fees.

When does registration close?

Normal registration will close on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 1700 ET. After this time, registration will remain available up through the reunion, but Classmates will incur an additional late fee of $87 making the registration fee a total of $174. Please plan ahead accordingly and help the Reunion Committee prepare for the reunion in a "relaxed" fashion.

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds as we must commit to our various vendors and venues. Once you register, you can always ADD more events up until Tuesday, September 5, 2017 without incurring any additional registration fees.

What do I get for the $87 Reunion Registration Fee?

The Class Reunion Registration fee is only charged to Classmates, not guests. These fees cover the various fees for the overall weekend including the 30th Reunion Geedunk.

What is the $8.70 Class Donation?

This is an optional donation to the Class Fund which will allow the Class to help subsidize attendance by the families of fallen Classmates, and also provides us working funds between Reunions for tailgaters, memorial services and other needs that come up. While this is optional, we ask you to seriously consider a donation!

Do I have to pay this in full now?

You're always welcome to pay in full, or during checkout, you have the option of paying monthly which will be your total divided by the number of months until the reunion.

Are children allowed at Reunion Events?

We welcome your kids at all Reunion events except we ask that you only bring kids over the age 21 to the Friday Night Class Reunion Party. Please make appropriate arrangements well in advance for Friday night.

Do I need a passport to gain access to the Yard?

In short, Yes!

Drivers' licenses and state IDs issued by MAINE, MINNESOTA, MISSOURI and MONTANA are NOT sufficient forms of ID to gain access to the Yard. Drivers' licenses and state IDs from these states must be accompanied by a second form of ID (SSN Card, Certified Copy of a Birth Certificate, U.S. Citizen ID Card, etc.) (please refer to this link for a list of acceptable forms of ID).

If the following states DO NOT comply with the REAL ID Act by July 10, 2017, they too will be added to the Non-Compliant states listed above, and drivers' licenses and ID cards issued by them will need to be accompanied by a second form of approved ID to gain access to the Yard: ALASKA, KENTUCKY, OKLAHOMA, OREGON, PENNSYLVANIA, S. CAROLINA, VIRGINIA, WASHINGTON

Visitors and guests visiting USNA for Summer Camps, I-Day, Parents Weekend, Reunions, Athletic events/competitions, Conferences, Weddings, Memorial Affairs, etc., could be prohibited from accessing Academy grounds if they cannot produce a second form of ID.  Note: A U.S. Passport (current or expired) is a sufficient form of ID to gain admittance, regardless of state of origin.

Please help us get this word out to your classmates.  Best advice is to recommend guests bring a U.S. Passport if they're planning to visit USNA, particularly if they're visiting from one of the restricted or soon to be restricted states listed above.  The list gets even longer come October 10, 2017, if states listed in the attached doc do not comply with the Act by the due date.

Will there be transportation during the Reunion?

We will have bus service between the Loews Hotel and the USNA Yard during the day on Friday, September 22nd. More details will be made available closer to the Reunion.

We will have Reunion Check-in Available at various times during the Reunion Weekend. Please come visit the FAQ closer to the Reunion for more info and also keep an eye out for more information via email.

Can I park inThe Yard?

Getting your vehicle onto, and parking in The Yard is very, very challenging at this point given the various construction projects underway. We do NOT recommend planning on parking in The Yard. Most access will be via foot at Gate 1. We will be providing bus service to / from Loews and The Yard during the day Friday.
